Governor Abbott’s Executive Order GA-29 requires “all Texans to wear a face covering over the nose and mouth in public spaces in counties with 20 or more positive COVID-19 cases,” which includes Frio County. Exceptions to the requirement are available on Frio County Attorney Joseph Sindon’s Facebook page. The order goes into effect on Friday July 3, 2020 at 12:01 pm.
